Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) is 10 km from the venue, approximately 25–35 minutes by taxi depending on traffic. Pre-paid taxis and ride-hailing services available at the airport.

By Metro

The Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 metro station is located within the venue premises (Magenta Line). Direct connections from Hauz Khas, Botanical Garden (Noida), and Janakpuri West.

By Road / Rail

Well connected via the Dwarka Expressway and NH-48. New Delhi Railway Station is approximately 22 km away (40–60 minutes).

Travelling to India

Most international visitors require a visa to enter India. The Government of India offers a streamlined e-Visa for tourism and conference attendance, available to citizens of 165+ countries.

What you need

  • • Passport valid for at least 6 months from arrival date
  • • Conference registration confirmation (provided after sign-up)
  • • Letter of invitation — request from info@fireindia.com if needed
  • • Recent passport-style digital photograph

Note: Apply at least 4 weeks before travel. Visa support letters are issued only after registration is confirmed and payment received.

Weather

Late September in Delhi is warm and humid, with occasional showers. Average temperature: 25–32°C. Light formals recommended; bring an umbrella.

Currency

Indian Rupee (₹). Most venues accept cards and UPI; carry small cash for taxis and street vendors. ATMs are widely available.

Language

English is widely spoken at the venue and in international hotels. Hindi is the local language.

Dress Code

Business or smart-casual for conference sessions. Uniform/duty attire welcome for fire service personnel.
